There has been a growing need to understand what makes an entrepreneur tick, the ecosystem they exist in, and how their personal and professional environments influence their emotional, physical, and mental wellbeing.

This study—a combination of long, structured conversations and a detailed anonymous survey—stems from a series of conversations and a focus group discussion. It led to the realization that
Entrepreneurs, with their significant ups and downs, lead lives that are highly susceptible to stress and distress.

We found stories that are both instructive and cautionary, with lessons on leadership coexisting with a need for continuous personal and professional guidance.
